License/Certs: MA State License, BC in Neurosurgery preferred
Experience: Minimum 1 year in neuro required
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $151.32
Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do
Assist with inpatient neurosurgery consultations and patient rounding
Review and place orders for patients needing neurosurgical care
Manage patient discharges in coordination with hospital staff
Collaborate with residents and medical team on patient plans
Support neurosurgical procedures related to inpatient care
Remove drains (hemovac, JP drains) preferred but not required
Ensure patient safety and provide quality clinical care
What You Need
Board Certification in Neurosurgery (preferred)
Massachusetts state license
At least 1 year of neuro-specific experience
Strong knowledge of inpatient neurosurgery protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
