VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Neurology.

Description: LOCUM - Neurology
* Ensure bid reflects the below:
- Guaranteed Hours: 8 per day
- OT to apply after 10 hours per day
We are looking for one or two providers to cover Monday- Friday (0800-1600). No call.
- If only one provider then we will need about 2-3 weeks per quarter.
- If two providers then we will need 1-2 weeks per quarter of coverage
Flexible to discuss provider's availability.
Will be working inpatient stroke and general neurology, rounding on general neurology and stroke service with support from 1 APP. That one NP will have their own case load.
Patient count: 6-8 in the hospital, then 4-6 ER consults on avg per day.
Please note that thrombolytic therapy is required.
Board certification required. OR license and OR DEA required. Please ensure quick turned around on the application for privileging.
1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
