We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Neurologist to join our esteemed medical team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of neurological conditions, providing exemplary patient care, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough neurological examinations and assessments to diagnose neurological disorders such as epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, strokes, and other neurodegenerative conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, diagnostic testing, and patient education.
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment strategies as necessary, and document clinical findings accurately.
Collaborate closely with neurology nurses, primary care physicians, and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Keep abreast of advancements in neurology and incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical care.
Participate in departmental meetings, educational activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Board certification or eligibility in Neurology.
Valid medical license to practice in California.
Demonstrated clinical expertise in neurology with a focus on patient-centered care.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting is preferred.
