Are you a dedicated respiratory or neuro diagnostics professional looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care? We are seeking a highly motivated EEG Tech Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics to join our compassionate team, providing vital neurodiagnostic services in a dynamic hospital setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge cases, contribute to critical patient monitoring, and advance your career in a supportive environment.
What You'll Need:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in neurodiagnostic procedures or respiratory therapy.
Certification by ABRET, BLS certification, and R.EEG T. license.
Proficiency with neurodiagnostic equipment and procedures, including Epilepsy Monitoring Units, sEEG, Neurotelemetry, Ictal SPECT, routine EEG, Trauma, and Critical Care cases.
Ability to work rotating shifts (3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), with flexibility to float to Methodist Hospital when needed.
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to various patient care scenarios.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience monitoring adult neuro patients across various units.
Familiarity with Cerner charting system.
Previous work in short-term acute care facilities.
Preferred Education and Experience:
An associate's degree or higher in respiratory therapy, neurodiagnostics, or a related health field.
Prior experience in a hospital neurodiagnostic or respiratory setting.
Willingness to work holidays with one pre-approved time off per contract.
Other Requirements:
Must be available to work scheduled shifts, including major holidays.
Willingness to assist with hookups, routines, and monitoring adult patients at Riley and adjacent hospitals, including University and MLD units.
Valid licensure, certification, and compliance with all institutional requirements.
Hourly pay rate of $49.32.
