What You’ll Do
Provide compassionate, expert care to neuro-critical patients in ICU setting
Monitor patients’ intracranial pressure, ventilator status, and telemetry data
Initiate IVs and perform intracranial pressure monitoring as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
Use Epic EHR system to document patient care accurately
Provide patient and family education on neuro ICU procedures and care
Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as assigned
What You Need
Valid Ohio RN license or compact license
Minimum of 2 years neuro ICU experience
BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (AHA)
Skills in IV starts, ventilators, telemetry, intracranial pressure monitoring
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
