Shift: Weekend Night (3x12-Hour shifts, 19:00 - 07:30)
Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
What You’ll Do:
Provide specialized care for neuro ICU patients, including those on ventilators and those with intracranial pressure monitoring
Administer medications, IV starts, and telemetry monitoring as needed
Monitor patient vitals and adapt care plans accordingly
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Float between units of equivalent or lower acuity as required
Document care efficiently using Epic EHR system
What You Need:
Valid Ohio RN license or Compact license
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, including Neuro ICU preferred
BCLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Skills in IV starts, telemetry, ventilator management, intracranial pressure monitoring
Strong teamwork and communication skills
