What You'll Do
Provide specialized neuro critical care to patients in the ICU setting.
Monitor and manage intracranial pressures, ventilators, and telemetry equipment.
Start IV lines and utilize advanced skills in patient assessment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient care accurately in Epic EHR system.
Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed.
Follow all hospital protocols and safety procedures during your shifts.
What You Need
Required:
Valid Ohio RN license
2+ years of Neuro ICU experience
BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Proficiency in IV starts, ventilators, intracranial pressure monitoring, telemetry
Epic EHR experience
Preferred:
Additional certifications or relevant specialized training
