What You Will Do:
Provide expert nursing care to neuro-critical patients, utilizing advanced skills in monitoring and intervention. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Manage complex neuro-monitoring equipment, including intracranial pressure monitors and ventilators, while maintaining optimal patient safety. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of Neuro ICU experience
Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, vent management, and intracranial pressure monitoring
Certified in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (American Heart Association certifications only)
Experience with Epic electronic health record system
Strong critical thinking and excellent communication skills
Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous travel nursing experience
Additional certifications in neuro-specific care or advanced critical care
Bilingual skills to enhance patient communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN)
Prior experience working in a travel or agency nursing setting preferred
Other Requirements:
Availability for 12-hour shifts on day or night rotations, including every other weekend
On-call responsibilities required
No RTO will be accepted between 2/15/26 and 2/28/26
Must hold valid nursing license and certifications at the time of assignment
Position Details:
Start Date: 01/26/2026
Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18
Shift Options: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) or Night 3x12-Hour (19:30 - 07:30)
Total Openings: 10
