Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic clinical setting. Required Skills:
Valid and current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is acceptable.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably within urology or a related specialty.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience specifically in urology.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MS/PA).
At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
Prior experience in outpatient clinic settings is preferred.
Other Requirements:
Availability to work during clinic hours on Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Ability to provide clinic coverage on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Willingness to adhere to all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
