Required Skills
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in New Mexico
Proven experience in general medicine or related fields
Strong patient assessment and interviewing skills
Ability to perform physical assessments and document findings accurately
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with compensation and pension evaluations or VA healthcare settings
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Certification in advanced practice nursing or specialty areas related to general medicine
Previous locum or temporary healthcare roles
Preferred Education and Experience
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a General Medicine setting
Prior experience working in community or outpatient clinics is advantageous
Other Requirements
Ability to work part-time or full-time hours as needed, including days and possibly weekends
Reliable transportation for local travel within designated areas
Maintain current provider certifications and licensure
Willingness to adhere to all organizational policies and health & safety protocols
