Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population in accordance with established clinical protocols.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including interviews and physical examinations.
Develop and implement treatment plans, documenting all findings accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current medical practices and comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
Current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
Proven experience in General Medicine or related field.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage patient schedules.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience working in a locum or temporary role.
Certification in Additional specialties such as Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
At least 2 years of clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in primary care or general medicine settings.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours, including potential on-call shifts.
Valid Texas RN/NP license.
Willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Reliable transportation for traveling to various sites within the Houston area.
