Required Skills:
Valid Nurse Practitioner License in Texas
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in general medicine or primary care
Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent patient communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in urgent care or outpatient clinics
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or other languages)
Additional certifications such as ACLS, BLS, or PALS
Prior locum or temporary assignment experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher
Current TEXAS Nurse Practitioner certification
Prior experience working with diverse patient populations
Other Requirements:
Ability to adapt to varying clinical settings and schedules
Willingness to travel within the Houston area
Compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations
Availability to start from March 6, 2026, and commit to ongoing assignments as needed
Valid DEA registration preferred but not mandatory
