What You’ll Do
Provide neonatal intensive care in our 16-suite Level III NICU
Collaborate with neonatologists and the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Assist with coverage of the newborn nursery
Work in a state-of-the-art facility recognized for architectural excellence and patient-centered care
Participate in patient rounds, assessments, and care planning
Support family-centered care and communication
Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
Current NNP Board Certification (no exceptions)
2+ years of NNP experience (excluding RN backgrounds)
Strong neonatal care skills and a collaborative team attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
