Required Skills
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada
Experience in general medicine, internal medicine, or family practice
Strong assessment and interviewing skills
Ability to perform physical examinations, including range of motion and muscle strength testing
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Knowledge of veterans’ healthcare needs and assessment protocols is preferred
Nice to Have Skills
Prior experience with Compensation & Pension exams or military healthcare assessments
Certification in advanced physical assessment techniques
Familiarity with telemedicine or remote documentation tools
Preferred Education and Experience
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
At least 2 years of clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner in general or internal medicine
Experience working with veterans or in government healthcare settings
Other Requirements
Own office space within a 20-50 mile radius of specified locations in Nevada (Pahrump, Gardnerville/Minden, Ely)
Ability to perform short-term (half-day) or full-day shifts, on an PRN basis
Willingness to complete required training and administrative follow-up work (additional administrative tasks are not separately compensated)
Reliable internet and computer access for reporting and documentation

Hourly Pay Rate: $600 for half-day shifts (4 hours or less)
$1200 for full-day shifts (5 hours or more)
One-time bonus of $650 upon completing all required training and first exams
