Shift: 24-hour rotations (Level III units), 10-12 hour day shifts, 12-16 hour night shifts (Level IV)
Hours/Week: Flexible based on shift schedule

Licenses/Certifications: Must be Board Certified as Nurse Practitioner in Neonatology (NNP) only
Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP, not accepting new graduates or locums

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality neonatal care for critically ill newborns in a large-level NICU setting
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Manage neonatal clinical procedures and support family-centered care
Cover high-acuity cases in a state-of-the-art facility with advanced technology
Rotate across multiple hospitals within the healthcare system, ensuring comprehensive coverage and experience
Maintain compliance with all clinical policies and protocols
What You Need
Current, valid Nurse Practitioner license and board certification in Neonatology (NNP)
Minimum 2 years of Neonatal NP experience (no new graduates)
Ability to handle high acuity patient cases in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
