What You’ll Do
Work collaboratively with neonatologists to provide NICU coverage and bedside care for infants.
Provide evening-shift neonatal coverage in Level III–IV NICUs alongside a neonatologist.
Support Level II nurseries with 24/7 in-house NNP coverage, daily neonatologist rounds, and emergency in-person availability.
Participate in shared responsibility for attendance at deliveries (in coordination with neonatologists).
Provide high-level neonatal care without transport duties.
Contribute to a team model across a network of NICUs and nurseries in the Phoenix area.

About the Assignment
This permanent full-time Neonatology NNP role supports neonatal care across a Phoenix-area network including multiple Level III–IV NICUs and Level II Special Care Nurseries, with strong collaborative coverage alongside neonatologists. The NNP team works to ensure consistent NICU coverage while supporting delivery service responsibilities shared with the neonatology physicians.
