Experience: Minimum 2 years postpartum nursing, IV start skills, labor & delivery experience
Floating to similar acuity units as needed
Pay & Benefits
Pay rate: $52.61/hour
Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality postpartum care to new mothers and their babies
Monitor vital signs, assist with breastfeeding, and educate families
Administer IV therapies and perform IV starts with proficiency
Collaborate with healthcare team members and document care in EPIC
Adapt to floating across units based on patient acuity
Ensure family comfort and support during recovery
Adhere to hospital protocols and safety guidelines
What You Need
Valid Ohio RN license
Minimum 2 years postpartum nursing experience
BLS certification
IV start and labor & delivery experience preferred
EPIC EMR experience (preferred)
Ability to work night shift and float to similar units
Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
