What You’ll Do:
Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates
Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on evaluations
Document treatments and assessments accurately in health records
Provide crisis intervention and counseling services
Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling techniques
Collaborate with team members to support inmate mental health needs
What You Need:
Valid licensure in mental health (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist)
Previous experience with mental health assessments and counseling preferred
Strong knowledge of mental health treatment techniques
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
