Hourly Rate: $58.96
Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do
Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates based on review of records and clinical interviews
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans tailored to inmate needs
Document all treatment and evaluation activities accurately in healthcare records
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive mental health information
Deliver evidence-based psychological counseling and crisis intervention as required
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of counseling theories and techniques
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal mental health services for inmates
What You Need
Valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license
Minimum of 2 years mental health experience, preferably in correctional settings
Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis management skills
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with discretion
US citizenship (due to ICE clearance requirements) – full clearance may take up to 60+ days; facility will expedite once documentation is submitted
