Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $73.70
Pay package: discussed upon application

What You’ll Do:
Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on record review and clinical interviews
Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs
Document all treatment and evaluation activities accurately in health records
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Apply psychological counseling techniques effectively within your caseload
Provide crisis intervention and appropriate mental health support
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality mental health services
What You Need:
Active CA license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
Prior experience with mental health assessments and counseling
Strong knowledge of psychological counseling theories and techniques
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, sensitive environment
US citizenship (for ICE clearance; expedited process in place)
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
