About the Role:
As a Mental Health Coordinator, you will be instrumental in planning and delivering non-medical clinical mental health services within our facility. Required Skills:
Valid licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
Proven experience in clinical mental health services and case management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability to fast-paced environments
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to mental health services
Nice to Have Skills:
Bilingual capabilities or additional language skills
Experience working within correctional, detention, or similar settings
Advanced training or certifications in specialized mental health areas
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of clinical mental health experience, preferably in a correctional or institutional environment
Valid state licensure in good standing as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
Other Requirements:
US Citizenship required for ICE clearance (expedited process in place) – clearance typically takes 4-6 weeks; candidates can start upon receiving ICE clearance
Availability to work 8-hour shifts during days, including weekends, with a 13-week initial assignment
Flexibility for scheduling as per client needs, with guaranteed 40 hours/week
Willingness to undergo thorough background and credit investigations
Reliable transportation for travel or in-field responsibilities, as applicable
