About the Role:
As a Mental Health Coordinator, you will be instrumental in planning and delivering non-medical clinical mental health services within our facility. Required Skills:
  • Valid licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Proven experience in clinical mental health services and case management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to mental health services

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bilingual capabilities or additional language skills
  • Experience working within correctional, detention, or similar settings
  • Advanced training or certifications in specialized mental health areas
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical mental health experience, preferably in a correctional or institutional environment
  • Valid state licensure in good standing as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT

Other Requirements:
  • US Citizenship required for ICE clearance (expedited process in place) – clearance typically takes 4-6 weeks; candidates can start upon receiving ICE clearance
  • Availability to work 8-hour shifts during days, including weekends, with a 13-week initial assignment
  • Flexibility for scheduling as per client needs, with guaranteed 40 hours/week
  • Willingness to undergo thorough background and credit investigations
  • Reliable transportation for travel or in-field responsibilities, as applicable
