Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity in a renowned healthcare facility? We are looking for a compassionate and experienced MS/Telemetry RN to provide exceptional patient care in Saratoga Springs. Position Highlights:
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
Start Date: December 30, 2025
Hourly Rate: $58.96
Flexible deployment from the Care Coordinator Center to varied units as needed
Every other weekend and holiday requirements
Opportunity to work in both Medical Surgical and Telemetry units, with ER exposure for hold patients
Required Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in a hospital setting
Current New York State RN license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
Proven experience with telemetry monitoring; at least one year current telemetry experience
Demonstrated ability to manage critical drips and cerebrovascular accident (CVA) cases
NIH Stroke Certification is required
Ability to adapt to varied patient needs and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
Travel nursing experience
Critical care and CVA management expertise
Experience working with ER hold patients
Knowledge of infusion therapy and advanced cardiac monitoring
Preferred Education and Experience:
Licensed Registered Nurse in New York State
At least 3 years of acute care nursing experience
Prior telemetry and stroke care experience
Other Requirements:
Ability to work every other weekend and holiday shifts
Willingness to be deployed across different hospital units
Facility may cancel up to five shifts per contract
Candidates from Warren, Washington, Fulton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Columbia, Greene, Dutchess, Ulster, or Albany counties are not eligible
