Required Skills:
Current R.N. licensure in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience
Charge-capable with willingness to assume charge duties
Proficiency in EPIC Electronic Medical Record system
Experience with orthopedic patient care, including total joint replacements and spine surgeries
Ability to operate specialized equipment such as bladder scanners, Hoyer lifts, and orthopedic braces
Certifications: ACLS and BLS required
Flexibility to float to various inpatient units as needed
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in orthopedics, trauma, or post-operative care
Additional certifications related to specialized orthopedic care
Ability to work independently in emergency situations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience, preferably in orthopedic settings
Other Requirements:
Must be charge-capable and willing to take on charge responsibilities
No travel, RTO restrictions, or block scheduling limitations
Night shift (3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00), starting on 03/02/2026
Willingness to be assigned to emergency and relief teams during events
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $53.60, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, a robust referral bonus program, and paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws. Our dedicated team is committed to your success and growth.
