Experience: 1+ years of medical-surgical nursing experience

What You’ll Do
Start and manage IVs for patients
Administer medications safely and accurately
Monitor vitals and patient responses continuously
Educate patients on treatments and self-care post-discharge
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Document patient information using EPIC EMR
Float to lower acuity units if needed, maintaining high standards of patient safety
Follow hospital policies and procedures to ensure quality care
What You Need
Valid Ohio RN license
Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience
BCLS certification
IV certification
Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
Travel experience is a plus
EPIC EMR experience preferred
