Experience: Minimum 1 year in Medical-Surgical and Oncology units; Hematology/Oncology experience strongly preferred
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $59.18

What You’ll Do
Provide direct nursing care for Oncology patients with hematologic and solid tumor diagnoses
Administer chemotherapy, blood products, and other medications per protocol
Monitor patients’ telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias
Manage central lines, PICC lines, and feeding tubes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for CAR-T therapy and transplant procedures
Document patient care accurately using EPIC and other computerized charting systems
Respond promptly to emergencies, utilizing Rapid Response Teams when needed
Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans
What You Need
Required
Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license
BLS certification
Minimum 1 year recent experience in Medical-Surgical and Oncology units
EPIC experience
proficiency in telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
Preferred
ACLS certification
Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy Certification

This opportunity takes place in a specialized Oncology unit that includes mixed acuity patients and transplant services such as autologous, allogeneic, and CAR-T therapies.
