We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Oncology Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Crucial Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical and Oncology units.
  • Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation.
  • Experience with blood product administration, central and peripheral line management, and feeding tube care.
  • Ability to effectively utilize Rapid Response Teams.
  • Strong assessment and patient management skills.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Desired Skills and Certifications:
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  • Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy Certification.
  • Hematology/Oncology experience, particularly with leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and stem cell transplants.
  • Familiarity with complex procedures such as CAR-T therapy and stem cell transplants.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • Previous experience in oncology or hematology units.
  • Knowledge of specific patient diagnoses such as ALL, AML, Hodgkin's and Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndromes, and related disorders.

Additional Requirements:
  • Valid RN license in the applicable state.
  • Ability to work either day shift (07:00 - 19:00) or night shift (19:00 - 07:30) for 12-hour shifts.
  • Willingness to comply with all hospital policies and safety protocols.
  • Valid certification in BLS; ACLS and ONS chemotherapy certification preferred.

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $59.18, with benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit payments, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
