We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN to provide exceptional care on our MedSurg 2W unit during night shifts. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on patient recovery and well-being. Required Skills:
Valid RN license in good standing
Proficiency with Meditech EMR system
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to float to rehabilitation units based on census
Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with MedSurg 2W or related units
Prior travel nursing experience
Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS
Bilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum of 1-2 years of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
Experience working in hospital settings with diverse patient populations
Other Requirements:
Ability to work night shifts consistently
Willingness to float to rehabilitation units as needed
Compliance with all hospital policies and safety protocols
Travel nursing experience preferred but not mandatory
