Medical Sales Account Executive – Eastern Connecticut

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand our referral networks and increase product adoption within your designated territory.
Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrators.
Educate clients on the features, benefits, and appropriate use of our medical products and services through personalized demonstrations and presentations.
Close new business opportunities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, addressing client needs proactively.
Travel within a 15-20 mile radius to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of sales success.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.
Physical ability to lift moderate office and medical equipment, and to sit, stand, walk, and engage in face-to-face client interactions comfortably.
Preferred Attributes:
At least two years of healthcare or medical device sales experience, preferably in respiratory or related fields.
Demonstrated success in territory management and account development.
Leadership experience and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Uncapped commission structure with opportunities for quarterly bonuses for exceeding sales targets.
