Required Skills
Valid Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license or multi-state compact license
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills
Critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to respond decisively in emergencies
Proficiency in utilizing technology to support clinical workflows
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
Nice to Have Skills
Previous experience in medical-surgical nursing or similar acute care settings
Knowledge of clinical protocols and procedures
BLS certification; ACLS certification required upon contract start
Precepting or mentoring experience
Fluency in additional languages
Preferred Education and Experience
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or graduation from an accredited nursing program
Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience—new graduates are encouraged to apply
Willingness to work night shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) for an 8-week contract period
Other Requirements
BLS certification required; ACLS certification required prior to start date
Ability to obtain licensure verification through the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and adhere to American Nurses Association Code of Ethics
Commitment to patient safety and organizational policies
Willingness to work night shift hours
