We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mammography Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team. This critical role involves performing a full range of mammography procedures that are essential to early detection and treatment of breast health issues. Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography, including stereotactic biopsy and QC procedures.
Current BLS certification.
Certification from AART in Mammography.
Proficiency in performing all types of mammography studies, including needle localization and ductograms.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with additional imaging modalities or advanced breast imaging techniques.
Strong patient communication skills to ensure comfort and compliance during procedures.
Knowledge of digital image management systems and reporting.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) in Mammography.
At least 2 years of clinical experience performing diagnostic mammography procedures.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work a schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with rotations as needed.
Reliable transportation for travel between facilities if applicable.
Competency in stereotactic biopsy and related QC procedures.
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $57.29, with competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws, and reimbursement for licensure, certification, travel, and other authorized expenses.
