What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatric oncology patients, including screening, assessments, and treatments
Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry as required, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained
Follow infection prevention protocols and fall prevention measures
Assist with chemotherapy administration and related procedures, utilizing EPIC electronic charting
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care across the patient’s cancer journey
Float as needed to other MedSurg Oncology units to meet staffing needs
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need
Ohio RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years’ experience in MedSurg or Oncology nursing
BLS certification required; ONS Chemo certification preferred
Skills in telemetry interpretation and monitoring
Ability to adapt to variable schedules and rotating shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
