Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical & Telemetry – Columbus, OH

  • Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) / Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) (alternating)

  • Licenses/Certifications: Ohio RN license, BCLS required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience, travel experience preferred, EPIC experience required

Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay: $59.18/hr

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide nursing care for oncology patients, including those receiving chemotherapy and diagnostic services
  • Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret dysrhythmias, and manage IV access and infusions
  • Care for patients with soft tissue malignancies, managing symptoms and comorbidities
  • Assist with invasive procedures such as chest tube insertion/removal and port access
  • Utilize specialized equipment including telemetry monitors, Alaris pumps, and Stryker beds
  • Follow infection prevention protocols and patient safety measures
  • Manage complex patient needs with attention to patient comfort and safety while maintaining proper documentation

What You Need:
  • RN license in Ohio
  • Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in a hospital setting
  • BCLS certification
  • Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
  • Skills in dysrhythmia interpretation, IV start, arterial line management, blood product administration, and central line care
  • Ability to float within units of similar acuity
  • Previous travel experience is preferred
