Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience
Current BCLS certification
Proficiency in interpreting dysrhythmias
Experience accessing ports, managing arterial lines, blood products, central lines, and PICC lines
Skilled in IV starts and assisting with chest tube insertions/removals
Ability to operate GE telemetry systems, bladder scanners, Alaris pumps, and Stryker beds
Strong understanding of infection prevention and patient safety protocols
EPIC electronic medical record system experience
Flexibility to float within units of similar or lower acuity
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior travel nursing experience
Oncology-specific experience or training
Knowledge of high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) and ABG interpretation
Preferred Education and Experience:
Active RN license
At least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in oncology or telemetry units
Experience working with complex patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring
Other Requirements:
Shift: 19:00 – 07:30, 12-hour night shifts
Availability to start on 04/06/2026
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, with optimal adaptability to unit needs
Valid certifications and active licensure required
