We are seeking a highly skilled MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse to provide expert care in a dynamic, comprehensive cancer treatment environment. What You’ll Need:
Minimum of 2+ years of high-acuity Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience or higher
Current RN licensure in good standing
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Strong clinical skills in oncology and acute care settings
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills
Ability to float across Med/Surg and Oncology units efficiently
Nice to Have:
Prior oncology experience preferred but not mandatory
NIHSS certification
Experience with specialized procedures and complex patient populations
Familiarity with infection prevention protocols and fall prevention strategies
Preferred Education & Experience:
Valid RN license in the applicable state
At least 2 years of recent Med/Surg Tele experience in a high-acuity setting
Experience working in comprehensive cancer centers is a plus
Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable shifts based on departmental needs
Ability to float across units including BMT, Hematology, Oncology, PCU Oncology, Gynecological Oncology, Urology, and Surgical Oncology
BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS preferred
Willingness to adhere to strict infection control and patient safety protocols
This position offers an hourly rate of $59.18, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
