What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality ICU care to adult and geriatric patients
Manage ventilators, IV starts, and complex medication regimens
Perform patient assessments and monitor cardiac and pulmonary functions
Document care using Epic computerized charting system
Assist with advanced procedures like pulmonary artery catheter placement, CRRT, and chest tube management
Respond to patient emergencies including ARDS, sepsis, and drug overdoses
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need:
Current Ohio RN license or compact state license
Minimum of 2 years ICU/MICU experience
Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIH
Experience with vents, IV starts, and computerized charting in Epic preferred
Strong critical thinking and team player attitude

This assignment takes place in a well-equipped MICU at a leading healthcare facility in Columbus, Ohio. You will care for adult and geriatric patients with complex medical needs, including respiratory, neurological, and oncologic conditions.
