Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care - Dimmitt, TX

Employment Type: Contract/Per Diem (long-term placement)
Licenses/Certs: Valid RN license required
Experience: Relevant LTC RN experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Pay rate: Starting at $31.50/hr (based on experience)
Weekly Pay Schedule: via Direct Deposit

What You’ll Do:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Monitor residents’ health status and respond to changes promptly
Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate resident records and documentation
Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations
Support resident and family communication to foster a positive care environment
What You Need:
Valid Texas RN license (LPN license if applicable)
Minimum of 1-2 years LTC experience preferred
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
