Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $214.50/hr
Pay Package Includes: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time in accordance with laws, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable, and a robust referral bonus program.
Additional Perks: Support from a dedicated team throughout your assignment, and paid orientation hours (50% of standard rate).
What You’ll Do:
Attend deliveries and manage obstetric emergencies in a busy community hospital setting
Conduct OB triage, fetal monitoring, and patient evaluations
Assist with surgical procedures and c-sections
Monitor and evaluate fetal well-being
Provide ER coverage for obstetric and gynecological cases
Participate in patient rounds and consultations on the OB/GYN hospitalist service
Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology teams for patient care
What You Need:
Valid California medical license
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (AOBOG, ABOG)
Minimum of 2-3 years active OB/GYN practice experience
Key skills in obstetrack, fetal monitoring, emergency management, and surgical assistance
Certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, and Case Log documentation
