What You’ll Do
Conduct eye exams and vision testing for correctional facility inmates
Prescribe corrective lenses and treatments as needed
Assist with eyewear fittings and adjustments
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow facility policies and privacy regulations
Collaborate with facility staff and healthcare team
What You Need
Required:
Valid optometry license for West Virginia
Relevant clinical experience in optometry
Ability to provide care in a correctional environment
Preferred:
Prior experience in correctional healthcare settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
