What You’ll Do
Assist in cardiothoracic operating room procedures, including vein harvesting
Act as a first assist during surgeries
Support emergent and scheduled cases with a leading facility in Lincoln
Cover night call, including responding to urgent OR cases and calls
Collaborate with surgical team and support staff to ensure quality patient care
What You Need
Required:
Nebraska licensure for Nurse Practitioners
Proven experience in cardiothoracic surgery, specifically vein harvesting and OR assisting
Ability to manage night call duties and emergent cases
Preferred:
Prior locum or temporary staffing experience in hospital settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills

This assignment is at a leading hospital in Lincoln, NE, providing cardiothoracic surgical services. The provider will assist with CT surgery cases, including vein harvesting, in a busy hospital setting.
