License/Certs: Active MI license, NRP certification, Neonatal ICU experience required
Experience: Neonatal experience; new grads not accepted
Pay & Benefits
Pay rate: To be discussed upon application
Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

What You’ll Do
Provide neonatal inpatient care in a Level III NICU setting
Attend delivery room and neonatal resuscitation procedures
Perform PICC line, umbilical line placements, and needle aspirations
Assist with chest tube placements, supporting neonatal stabilization and treatment
Collaborate with supervising physicians, ensuring patient safety and quality care
Document patient interactions efficiently in Epic EMR
Support a team-based approach in a Level I Trauma and Level III NICU environment
What You Need
Active Michigan RN license in good standing
Neonatal ICU experience (minimally required)
Current NRP certification
Proven ability to collaborate within a supervised, team environment
Clinical skills: resuscitation, line placements, neonatal procedures
