Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
Manage ventilator support in critical care patients, collaborating with respiratory therapists
Monitor and admit critical care patients from emergency departments, hospital floors, and surrounding hospitals
Perform procedures including placement of central lines, arterial lines, and dialysis catheters
Assess patient status overnight, assist with decompensation, and update families on care goals
Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR system
Provide autonomous care to adult critical care patients in a fast-paced hospital setting
Support ongoing patient recovery and facilitate smooth transitions of care
What You Need
Required:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia
ICU or Critical Care experience (minimum 1 year)
Ability to perform procedures such as CVLs, arterial lines, dialysis catheters
BLS and ACLS certification
Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills
Preferred:
Recent inpatient critical care experience
EPIC EMR proficiency
