What You'll Do
Deliver anesthesia care for diverse inpatient surgical procedures including general surgery, neurosurgery, and deep sedation/MAC
Manage adult and limited pediatric anesthesia cases
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
Conduct preoperative assessments and patient education
Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures
Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia
Respond effectively to patient emergencies and maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
What You Need
Current NBCRNA certification and Michigan license (must be fully licensed before start)
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
Minimum of several years of CRNA experience (not suitable for new grads)
