Description: UCHealth Parkview Medical Center is looking to add 1-2 Locum providers to the team for ongoing sporadic coverage. This is NOT a full time assignment.
Job Description:
Schedule: Possible need for clinic coverage 7a - 3:30p. Schedule will be mainly 24 hour call from 7a - 7a. Sporadic coverage only. Patient Population: 100 AdultCaseload: 100 Adult. Pediatric 0. Neonatal 0. Trauma 10.Average # of Patients per day: 15Total Number of Beds: 300Is the Locum Physician required to supervise other healthcare providers?: NOWill other Vascular Surgeons be present during the Locum Physician coverage?: NOVascular Lab Onsite: YESNumber of Exam Rooms: 3Level III TraumaDescribe office ancillary staff: Front office 2 medical assistant 1 mid level in the office 2 mid levels at the hospital 3 vascular techs in the officeEMR System: EPICCredentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
*****This is NOT a full time assignment. The facility is looking to build their Locum provider pool to provide ongoing sporadic coverage. A provider looking for a full time assignment would not the best fit for this need. The ideal candidate is available for 7-10 shifts per month ongoing but understands the facility cannot guarantee shifts. The ideal candidate would be willing to credential without the expectation of dates as the need will be for an as-needed basis.

Travel Requirements:
Must send provider flights and lodging info 4 weeks before start. Flights - Up to 750 RT capLodging - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to 150 total per night cap.
Car rental - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to an economy car cap.Mileage - IRS Standard Rate.
1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
Certification Requirements: BLS; Board Certified
