Required Skills
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in OB-GYN
Valid and current state Medical License in California
Proven clinical skills in obstetrics and inpatient care
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently in a hospital setting
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with hospital-based obstetric care
Ability to handle high-volume patient encounters
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Preferred Education and Experience
Active California medical license
Minimum of 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience
Familiarity with community hospital protocols and procedures
Other Requirements
Reliable travel and accommodation arrangements when applicable
Current certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
