Seeking Experienced OB Hospitalist for Locum Opportunity in Austin, TX – Immediate Start

Required Skills:
Board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB specialization
Valid medical license in Texas
Proven experience in hospitalist or OB care environments
Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in high-volume obstetric units
proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
BLS/ACLS certifications
Previous locum tenens experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in OB/GYN or hospital medicine
Prior experience working in hospital-based obstetric units preferred
Other Requirements:
Shifts include 12-hour night shifts Monday through Friday and 12-hour shifts on Saturday & Sunday (both day and night), providing flexibility to optimize your work-life balance
Valid Texas medical license and DEA certification
Willingness to travel to multiple hospital locations as needed
BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications a plus
