Licensure/Certifications: Active Texas medical license, DEA, Board Certification in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB
Experience: Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred; at least 2 years of recent relevant practice
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $195.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
Provide OB hospitalist coverage in a busy, well-equipped facility
Manage labor and delivery, postpartum care, and emergency obstetric situations
Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Document clinical activities accurately and timely
Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Support patient care during shifts, ensuring continuous coverage
Engage in quality improvement initiatives as needed
What You Need
Required:
Active Texas medical license
Board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB experience
Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in inpatient obstetric care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to evolving clinical needs
Preferred:
Experience in a hospitalist or inpatient OB setting
BLS/ACLS certification
