Required Obstetrics Procedures:
-Low Risk Pregnancy i.e. History of Twins Toxemia Pyelonephritis etc.
-High Risk Pregnancy i.e. with Toxemia Diabetes Class II or Higher Cardiacs Chronic Lung Problems Chronic Renal Disease etc.
-FHR Interpretation – NST/CST/FSE OB ultrasounds – Performance of Interpretation Performance of Level II/Targeted Anatomic Performance of Level I/Screening Viability
Labor and Delivery Required Procedures:
Routine Delivery – Vaginal Low Forceps Decision-Making for C-Section Complicated Delivery –C-Section Breech Multiple Births Abruptions VBAC’s Repair of 3rd amp 4th Degree Lacerations
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency credentialing will be required
**Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight Hotel Rental Car Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate**

1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
