Description: McLaren Northern Michigan is in need of a Neurosurgeon to cover 24 hour call plus rounding and admits. This need is hospital based and the physician will be on 24 hour call. **Provider MUST perform both spinal and cranial***
Imaging lab procedure rooms OR all on site. 1 Neurosurgeon 1 Ortho-spinal surgeon and Neurosurgery APPs will be in clinic.Board certified providers only please no BE.The facility can privilege a clean provider in 10 days from receipt of application.Providers can plan to see 5 inpatients per day.EMR - Cerner
Rates to submit:
Malpractice - to be included in ratesOn call daily - per 24 hours of call coverageWeekend call - Saturday amp Sunday Per 24 hours of call to include 4 gratis hoursCall back - Per hour of patient call back hoursHolidays - 1.5xConversion rate
Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel amp Expense policy between McLaren Health Care amp AHSA.
Reverse Invoicing - Provider will use Kronos to clock in/out. No paper timesheets will be used.
