Required Skills:
MD or DO with valid medical license
Board-certified or eligible in Neurology
BLS certification
Proficiency in Neurology procedures such as EMG, Botox administration, and radiologic exam interpretation
Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to manage adult and pediatric patients
Excellent communication, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working with EMR systems, particularly Epic
Prior outpatient neurology practice experience
Knowledge of trauma levels and neurologic diagnostics
Ability to interpret radiologic exams independently
Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in neurology
Prior locum or temporary staffing experience is advantageous
Other Requirements:
Eligible for credentialing within approximately 120 days
Compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws
Willingness to work scheduled hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Willingness to travel for credentialing and related reimbursements as applicable
This position offers competitive hourly pay, with generous weekly pay via direct deposit, and comprehensive medical benefits (W-2). Additional perks include a robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, and reimbursement for licensure, certifications, and travel expenses when applicable. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with an average patient load of 16-18 patients daily.
