Join Our Team as a Locum - Physician - Maternal Fetal Medicine in Midlothian, VA

Required Skills:
Board-certified or eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
Proven proficiency with procedures: Amniocentesis, Chorionic Villus Sampling, and management of high-risk pregnancies
Experience with Gestational Hypertension, Pre-eclampsia, Growth Restriction, Chromosomal and Congenital abnormalities
Strong clinical judgment in managing complex maternal and fetal conditions
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for patient care and team collaboration
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with ultrasound imaging and fetal assessment
Familiarity with EPIC and viewpoint electronic medical record systems
Ability to supervise or coordinate with advanced practice providers (APRs)
Skills in performing cerclage procedures (preferred)
Preferred Education and Experience:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Fellowship certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable clinical setting
Other Requirements:
Active medical license in Virginia or ability to obtain
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and, if applicable, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Credentialing process estimated to take approximately 90 days
Travel expenses such as flight, hotel, rental car, or mileage reimbursed at IRS standards
